General Terms and Conditions of Service

The Subscriber Agreement
The Subscriber Agreement is a contract under which we provide and you accept our Products and Services.  In addition to these Terms and Conditions ("Ts & Cs"), there are several parts to the Agreement, including, but not limited to, the detailed plan or other information on Services we provided to you during the sales transaction.  It is important that you read all of the terms of the agreement.

Acceptance of Agreement
You accept the Agreement when you do any of the following: a) sign a contract with us on paper or electronically; (b) accept the Agreement through an oral or electronic statement; (c) attempt in any way to use the services; (d) pay for the services; or (e) open any package or start any program that says you are accepting the Agreement by doing so.

It is possible that your first payment will become due before you receive the first copy of any one of your selected magazines.  However, please be assured that you will receive the full number of issues of each magazine ordered.  Therefore, please make all your payments in a timely fashion and in accordance with our agreed payment schedule.  Due to the high administrative costs associated with tracing late payments, we have been forced to charge a $15.00 per month late fee on delinquent accounts.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change and therefore, our policy is that all subscriptions are subject to cancellation.  You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation by notifying us within (5) days of the initial Sales Agreement date.  This timeline may, at times, be superseded by local state regulations.  Once the initial deadline has passed, Customer Service must inquire with the publishers and determine the appropriate amount needed to cover costs in order to cancel the service.

Guaranteed Substitution
If one of your magazines ceases publication, if your reading taste changes, or if you just want a different selection for no particular reason at all you are always free to change any magazine you receive through our service to another selection from our authorized list.  You can also replace any of the other magazines that you get through us with an extension of one of the other magazines on your order.  Both options are available to you at any time during your service.  Either way, we'll make sure that you receive the full number of issues required to give you the same dollar value as the unused portion of the subscription to the discontinued magazine.  There is no charge for this service.  It's just one of the many ways we do what it takes to make sure that you receive the best possible service.  The delivery of your original magazine choices will begin 8-12 weeks after we process your first payment.

Your Satisfaction is our Biggest Concern
It's really very simple.  If at any time you become dissatisfied with your subscription order, just let us know.  We each agree to first contact each other with any disputes and provide a written description of the problem, all relevant documents/information and a proposed solution.  You agree to contact us with disputes by calling or writing us as instructed on your statement/invoice.  We will respond to you by either letter or other method acceptable to you.
